"I’m building an online portal where patients can schedule medical appointments quickly and reliably. The entire site revolves around a robust booking engine with calendar integration, automated reminders, and support for multiple service providers (each doctor or specialist will have an individual schedule and profile).

Patients must be able to choose a practitioner, pick an available time slot, and receive immediate confirmation plus reminder emails or texts before their visit. On our side, staff need an easy-to-use dashboard to add or edit providers, block off times, and view upcoming bookings in real time.

You’re free to recommend WordPress with a proven booking plugin, Laravel, or another modern framework—as long as the interface is mobile-friendly, loads fast, and can be maintained by non-technical staff. Please share examples of appointment systems you’ve already launched, outline your preferred tech stack, and give me a realistic timeline.
