"Job Opportunity: Developer + Project Manager for Startup Agency

We’re looking for a skilled developer who can also take on a project management role at our growing startup agency.
This is a unique position for someone who enjoys both hands-on coding and leading projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in web/app development (please mention your tech stack)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), you’ll join client meetings and interviews
- Comfortable with live coding during interviews
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with teams, and deliver on deadlines
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and manage development projects
- Communicate with clients and internal teams
- Write high-quality, maintainable code
- Help build efficient workflows and improve delivery processes

Bonus:

- Experience with startups or digital agencies
