"I need a complete white-label IPTV solution that I can brand as my own. On the front end, the app must run smoothly on both mobile devices (iOS and Android) and Smart TVs (Android TV, Tizen, webOS, Fire TV). Core functions include secure user authentication tied to my database, reliable live-TV streaming that connects to an existing third-party IPTV service via their API, and a simple but responsive search so viewers can quickly locate channels or programs.

Behind the scenes I also require a web-based admin panel with its own database. From there I want to register new clients, create and edit their profile details, manage every aspect of their subscription plans (start, renewal, suspension, expiry), and link or unlink devices they use for viewing. Granular device control—think MAC, serial, or unique app identifier—must feed into the authentication logic so only authorized hardware gets service.

Your deliverables should be:

• Cross-platform native or hybrid app package for mobile and Smart TV environments
• A scalable backend API (Node.js, Django, or similar) with relational database schema for customers, plans, and devices
• Admin UI with secure login, role-based access, analytics on active streams and subscription status
• Full source code, Docker or similar deployment scripts, and installation documentation

I welcome recommendations on tech stacks—React Native vs. Flutter, Kotlin/Swift, or any framework you feel will provide the best performance for streaming video (HLS, DASH). The system must support future expansion to web browsers without major refactoring, so modular architecture is important.
