"We’re looking to hire an experienced full-stack mobile app developer or small development team to design and build a construction project management platform.

The goal is to create an easy-to-use app for iOS and Android, along with a web-based backend dashboard, that helps field crews and management track daily activities, hours, equipment, and materials with integrated analytics and reporting.

Core Features:
1. Project Management

Create, edit, and manage multiple projects.

Assign foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Store project details (location, start/end dates, client info, etc.).

2. Daily Reports (Dailies)

Foremen can log daily progress (photos, notes, manpower, and work performed).

Automatically capture weather data for that day and location.

Submit reports for PM/office review and approval.

3. Time & Labor Tracking

Workers or foremen can clock in/out or input hours manually.

Track labor by cost code, trade, or crew.

Backend analytics for man-hours per day, week, month, or year.

4. Equipment Tracking

Log equipment assigned to each project (owned or rented).

Track usage hours, maintenance notes, and location.

5. Subcontractor Tracking

Record which subs are onsite and what work they performed.

Option for subs to upload their own daily logs or reports.

6. Attachments & Binder

Centralized document binder for photos, RFIs, drawings, and safety documents.

Ability to attach PDFs, Excel sheets, or images.

7. Material Tracking

Record delivered, used, and remaining materials per project.

Generate weekly and monthly material usage reports.

8. Analytics Dashboard (Backend)

Admin panel to view summarized data:

Labor analytics (hours per worker/project/date range).

Equipment utilization.

Material tracking trends.

Export reports to PDF or Excel.

9. Cross-Platform Access

Mobile app for field use (iOS & Android).

Web app/dashboard for office/management use.

Technical Expectations

Backend: Laravel, Node.js, or similar scalable framework.

Mobile: React Native, Flutter, or Swift/Kotlin (cross-platform preferred).

Database: MySQL or Firebase.
