"I need a clean, modern website whose main job is to be the portal for people vacationing in the BVI on sailing charter holidays.

The home page has weather for that day and then projected for the next 3 days which will be a sourse from a compatible weather channel. The home page will have a map of the BVI with marked locations that people click to take them to a page which then details navigational routes into that area, the restaurants in that area, info about those restaurants, facilities in that area, any webcam links for that area, and an easy to use back to home button. The information for each area needs to be eadily updated and have pictures and video links.

Homescreen also needs an events calender which is easily updated and a flag at the top depicting the colour of the flag at the Baths for that day which will either be red, yellow or purple. At midnight that flag resets automatically to "waiting for update" and is grey until i manually input the colour of the flag each morning for that day. Got to be easy to update.

Homepage also needs links for provisioning which takes you to a separate page, and also a link to yacht tutorials which then takes you to a new page with about 15 different yecht options. Click on one option and thatvtakes you to videos. All needs to be easily updated.

The website will be hosted on one.com.
