Project Goal: Integrate the WordPress platform with Brevo (Sendinblue) using AutomatorWP or WP Webhooks to fully automate candidate vetting, employer contract initiation, and funnel management. The outcome must significantly reduce manual admin time for both pipelines.

PHASE 1: JOB SEEKER VETTING & PROFILE AUTOMATION
The goal is to move a job seeker from a "Guide Download" lead to a Vetted Candidate (Active) in Brevo.

1. Dedicated Vetting Profile Page Creation
Task: Create a clean, dedicated WordPress page (e.g., /vetted-profile-create/) that serves as the Job Seeker's "Vetted Profile Submission."

Implementation: This page must host the WP Job Manager Resume submission form.

2. Custom Field Implementation (ACF)
Task: Use Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to implement and hook the following mandatory Vetting Fields into the front-end Resume Submission form (on the page created above).

Fields Required:

Certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30) - Checkboxes

Target Hourly Wage - Number Field

Immediate Availability - Radio Buttons (Yes/No/Date)

Requirement: These fields must be clearly visible and mandatory for profile completion.

3. Internal Search and Filtering
Task: Ensure all data submitted via the new ACF Vetting Fields is searchable and filterable for the administrator (Build Hire) within the WordPress backend Resume Manager dashboard.

4. Automation Trigger (The Vetting Flag)
Task: Set up an automation rule (AutomatorWP/Webhooks) to listen for successful profile submission.

Logic: IF a Job Seeker successfully completes their Resume (via WP Job Manager) AND all new Vetting Fields (ACF) are populated, THEN proceed to Brevo action.

Action: Add/Update the contact in Brevo and apply the new tag: "Vetted Candidate (Active)."

5. Brevo Campaign Flow Logic
Task: Configure Brevo to handle the transition between the two job seeker campaigns seamlessly.

"Guide Download" Campaign: This initial campaign (triggered by the guide opt-in) must include a clear Call to Action (CTA) linking to the new /vetted-profile-create/ page in its first two emails.

"Vetting Sequence" Campaign (New): This new sequence must be triggered ONLY when the Brevo tag "Vetted Candidate (Active)" is applied by the automation bridge. This sequence will contain the Email 3: The Call Invitation to the Calendly link.

PHASE 2: EMPLOYER CONTRACT INITIATION AUTOMATION
The goal is to ensure the Job Briefing Call is mandatory after an employer posts a job, leading to the contract.

1. Employer Campaign Trigger
Task: Set up an automation rule (AutomatorWP/Webhooks) to fire upon a new job post.

Logic: IF a New Job Post is submitted (via WP Job Manager) on the front-end, THEN proceed to Brevo action.

Action: Add/Update the employer's email address in Brevo and trigger the "Employer Onboarding" sequence.

2. Employer Email Campaign Implementation (Brevo)
Task: Implement the two-part campaign logic in Brevo's automation builder.

Email 1 (Confirmation & CTA): Must fire immediately upon job post submission. Must contain the direct Calendly link for the 10-minute Job Briefing Call.

Email 2 (Priority Follow-up): Must fire 24 hours later only if the contact record shows they have NOT clicked the Calendly booking link or a specific "Call Booked" tag has not been manually applied.

FINAL DELIVERABLES & TESTING
Completed Configuration: All AutomatorWP/Webhook rules and Brevo automation workflows successfully built and active.

Validation: Confirmation that the new ACF fields are correctly saving data to the Job Seeker's resume.

Comprehensive Testing: Developer must demonstrate proof of a successful test run for all four critical paths:

Job Seeker Profile completion successfully applying the Brevo tag.

Job Seeker receiving the correct email sequence based on the tag.

Employer submitting a job and immediately receiving Email 1.

Employer not booking a call and correctly receiving Email 2 after 24 hours.
