"I want to commission an end-to-end AI solution that can create striking, high-resolution anime art from a simple text prompt or reference image. The generator should rival today’s best diffusion or GAN models in line quality, color balance, and stylistic flexibility so I’m free to produce classic 90s looks, modern shading, or even chibi proportions whenever the project demands it.

Core expectations
• A custom-trained or finely-tuned model (Stable Diffusion, Anything-V4, or a comparable PyTorch / TensorFlow approach) that outputs at least 1024×1024 without visible artifacts.
• Intuitive prompting: short English descriptions should reliably yield coherent characters, backgrounds, and consistent anatomy.
• A lightweight inference pipeline I can run locally (CUDA) or on cloud GPUs; Dockerised setup or Colab notebook is fine.
• Clear documentation covering model weights, dependencies, and a quick-start guide so I can generate new images immediately after hand-over.
• At least ten sample renders that show the range of styles the model can achieve.

Optional but welcome
– LoRA or DreamBooth instructions so I can inject my own characters later.
– Simple web UI (Gradio or Streamlit) for point-and-click generation.
