Project Description:

We are seeking an experienced MATLAB/Simulink engineer with strong expertise in Digital Twin modeling, HVAC control systems, and AI-based predictive maintenance.

The goal is to develop a Digital Twin model of an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system that can:

Simulate real-time HVAC operations,

Predict equipment failures before they occur,

Optimize energy efficiency through intelligent control strategies.

Objectives:

1. Develop a complete Digital Twin of the HVAC system using MATLAB and Simulink, including:

Heating and cooling coils

Compressors and fans

Air handling units (AHUs)

Sensors for temperature, humidity, air quality, and occupancy



2. Implement AI/ML algorithms in MATLAB for:

Predictive maintenance and fault detection

Energy consumption optimization

Anomaly and trend analysis



3. Integrate real-time data from IoT or simulated sensor inputs.


4. Create a dashboard or visualization interface within MATLAB/Simulink (or via App Designer) to display:

Real-time performance metrics

Maintenance predictions and alerts

Energy and efficiency analytics
