Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automation Developer / Marketing Bot Specialist to optimize and improve an existing AI-driven marketing bot that automates video creation and social media posting. The bot is already functional, built with custom coding and n8n/init-type workflows, but it needs refinement to deliver professional-quality outputs.

Current Workflow
We provide a Google Sheet with scripts, captions, and hashtags.


The bot automatically:


Creates videos with audio + voiceover.


Sends draft videos to Telegram for approval.


After approval, the bot publishes the content on:


Instagram


YouTube


Pinterest


TikTok



Problems to Fix
Videos are currently only 8 seconds; we need 30–60 seconds.


Videos are not posting in the correct format (e.g., vertical reels format).


Wrong or misplaced text sometimes appears in the videos.


Need to ensure real video quality and not generic slideshow-type output.



Responsibilities
Optimize the bot to generate 30s–1min high-quality videos consistently.


Fix aspect ratio and format issues so videos are posted correctly on each platform.


Ensure that text overlays appear correctly (no errors, cut-offs, or wrong placement).


Improve voiceover syncing and overall video quality.


Test and debug the posting process to Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Pinterest.


Suggest further automation improvements for speed and reliability.



Requirements
Strong experience with N8N automation (or equivalent coding background).


Hands-on experience with video editing automation tools (FFmpeg, MoviePy, etc.).


Knowledge of social media APIs (Instagram Graph API, TikTok API, YouTube API, Pinterest API).


Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Integromat, etc.) is a plus.


Ability to troubleshoot Google Sheet integrations and Telegram bot flows.


Portfolio or examples of previous automation/video generation projects.



Deliverables
Fully optimized bot that:


Creates videos of correct length (30–60s).


Exports in correct platform-specific formats.


Publishes automatically without errors.


Documentation of the setup and process.


1–2 weeks of post-delivery support.
