"I’m launching an initiative to build revenue-ready AI models and need an expert partner to guide and execute the process. The focus is on developing robust models and shaping them into marketable products that can start generating income quickly.

The project centres on two things: first, the technical side—designing, training and fine-tuning models in Python with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch; second, the commercial side—refining the use-case so the resulting AI product genuinely solves a problem people will pay for. While my primary interest is model development, I’m open to any architecture that best fits the chosen opportunity, whether that leans toward classic machine learning, NLP or computer vision.

What I need from you:
• A concise roadmap that identifies a profitable niche, outlines data requirements and sets clear milestones
• Hands-on code for the core model (well-commented, reproducible and ready to extend)
• Guidance on deployment—API, web or mobile—using common stacks (FastAPI, Flask, AWS, GCP or similar)
• A practical monetisation plan: pricing, distribution channels and metrics to track post-launch
