"I’m looking for a developer who can deliver a standalone macOS application capable of creating and instantly sending flash balances of USDT, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) to any wallet address I specify. Once a transfer is initiated the tool must immediately check the relevant blockchain and confirm whether the broadcast was accepted (at least one network confirmation or a clear failed status).

Core workflow I have in mind
• Select coin (USDT, BTC or ETH)
• Enter destination address and amount
• Press “Generate & Send”
• View an on-screen status panel that shows broadcast hash and keeps polling until the first confirmation appears, or an error is returned

Essential requirements
