"I need a clean, professional-looking website that puts my HVAC company’s core services—installation, maintenance, and repair—front and center. The primary goal is to showcase what we do rather than push hard for sales, so the layout should feel informative and trustworthy, with clear service sections, before-and-after photos, and space for a few customer testimonials that I will supply.

I already have a high-resolution logo in multiple formats but never settled on brand colors. Part of this project is helping me translate the logo into a cohesive color palette and applying it consistently across the site for headers, buttons, and accent elements.

Key deliverables:
• A modern, responsive website (mobile-first) built on a platform you recommend—WordPress, Webflow, or similar—so I can update content easily afterward.
• Dedicated pages or well-structured sections for Installation, Maintenance, and Repair, each with space for short descriptions, imagery, and a contact call-to-action.
• A home page hero area that quickly communicates who we are and what we do, linked to the service sections.
• Basic on-page SEO setup (metadata, alt tags, clean URLs) to give the site a solid foundation.
• Style guide showing the finalized color palette, typography choices, and usage examples for future marketing materials.
• A brief hand-off session or video walkthrough so I know how to add or edit content without breaking the design.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Site loads correctly on current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and mobile browsers.
2. Logo colors are integrated consistently, and the new palette is documented.
3. All text, images, and contacts I provide appear in the agreed locations, with no placeholder content left behind.
4. Pages score at least 90/100 on Google PageSpeed Insights for mobile.
