"Book Your Pitch is already taking shape in Flutter: the core navigation is in place, Figma screens are final, and several UI components are coded. What’s left is turning those screens into a fully-functional experience backed by Firebase.

Scope of work
– Wire the existing Flutter UI to Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions where appropriate) so data flows smoothly across devices.
– Complete the booking and payment module: slot selection, price calculation, and secure checkout through the Razorpay Flutter SDK, returning real-time success or failure states to the user.
– Build out the admin dashboard section for venue owners—live booking calendar, earnings summary, tournament management, and basic analytics—all powered by the same Firebase project to keep data consistent.

Acceptance criteria
• Users create accounts, log in/out, and update profiles without errors.
• A booking can be made end-to-end, charged via Razorpay, and reflected instantly in both the user’s history and the admin panel.
• Admin dashboard loads venue data, allows manual overrides (refund, cancel, edit), and displays revenue metrics pulled from Firestore.
• Code is clean Dart following Flutter best practices and is ready for my review in Git.
