Description:
We are seeking a skilled full-stack developer or team to build a cross-platform language learning app targeting English ⇆ Arabic learners. The app will be inspired by HelloTalk, but focused solely on English–Arabic interactions with added educational features, admin control, and a monetization model.

This is a bid-based project. Only serious freelancers with proven experience in app deployment (Web + Android) should apply. iOS development will be in Stage 2.
