"I want a complete tourist guide app built and published for both Android and iOS—from the first sketch all the way to live listings on Google Play and the App Store. The focus is Windsor and nearby attractions, so content must be easy for my team to refresh as events change through the year.

Core functions I must see
• Local Attractions Guide with images, descriptions, and offline availability
• Map & Navigation that gives real-time directions to each point of interest
• Event Calendar my staff can update instantly through an admin panel
• In-app ticket purchase flow for Windsor Castle (Apple Pay / Google Pay support)
• Daily news and tourist activities section with push-notification capability
It must have the ability to upload videos and video links. We must have full control to access all c panel and back end so we can edit and keep fresh

We must have a full instruction manual and tutorial on how to use the app.

The must be easily duplicated 4 times as we intend to launch the app in 4 differentvareas

Key expectations
• Full UI/UX design, native (Swift/SwiftUI + Kotlin) or a high-performance cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native—please state your preference
• Secure, well-documented back-end and a simple CMS so non-technical staff can add or edit attractions, events, and articles without touching code
• Rigorous testing on current OS versions and devices
• Store setup, submission, and approval under my developer accounts, including screenshots, descriptions, and compliance steps
