"I need a web-based app that lets my textile company handle day-to-day order processing in one place. The public-facing pages can be minimal; the heart of the site is an internal dashboard where staff can create new orders, update their status, and track progress from loom to dispatch in real time.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Responsive interface (desktop, tablet, mobile) with a secure staff login.
• Order entry form tied to a searchable database.
• Visual order-tracking timeline so anyone can see which stage—cutting, dyeing, finishing, packing—an order is in at a glance.
• Role-based access: admin, production, and sales teams each see only the tools they need.
• Exportable reports (CSV/Excel) and basic analytics on turnaround times.
• Email or in-app notifications when an order advances to the next stage or is delayed.
• Clean code in PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or another modern framework—open to the stack you prefer as long as it’s well-documented.

For this medium-sized build I expect:
1. A detailed plan with wireframes so we agree on flow before coding starts.
2. A functional prototype on a staging server for testing.
3. Final deployment on our hosting along with a hand-off session and concise user guide.
