Scope of work
• Discovery & blueprint: clarify page structure, navigation flow, and key content areas.
• Visual design: craft a clean, minimal theme inspired by the reference site, with custom typography, subtle animations, and room for banner ads or product highlights.
• Full build: develop the theme on the platform you recommend—WordPress with Elementor, pure HTML/CSS/JS, or another CMS—as long as it remains lightweight and SEO-friendly.
• Content migration: set up sample blog posts, categories, tags, and featured-image handling so I can see exactly how everything fits together.
• Performance & SEO: optimise images, caching, meta tags, and schema markup; submit sitemap to Google Search Console.
• QA & launch: cross-browser testing, responsive checks, and a short hand-over call or video explaining how to add new posts and tweak the layout.

Deliverables
1. Design mockups (desktop + mobile) for all core pages.
2. Fully functional website deployed on my hosting or transferred to my account.
3. Admin guide (PDF or video) covering routine updates and backups.
4. Two weeks of post-launch support for bug fixes or small adjustments.
