"I need a Flutter developer to build the first release of a mobile-only sales-intelligence application. The app will center on three core capabilities:

• An interactive analytics dashboard that visualises KPIs such as pipeline value, won vs. lost deals, and rep performance.
• A lightweight lead-management module where users can add, edit and track prospects through simple stages.
• Built-in speech-to-text so sales reps can dictate notes that are instantly attached to the relevant lead record.

I will supply user flows, low-fidelity wireframes and the API endpoints (REST/JSON). You’ll turn these into clean, maintainable Flutter code that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. State management with Provider or Bloc is fine—choose what you’re most comfortable with—as long as the architecture remains scalable.

Deliverables
1. Complete Flutter project in Git with clear commit history.
2. APK/IPA for testing plus TestFlight / internal testing setup.
3. Brief setup document and inline code comments.

Acceptance criteria
• All three features operate without crashes on the latest two OS versions.
• UI follows the supplied wireframes pixel-closely, with Material 3 components where possible.
• Speech-to-text latency under two seconds on a mid-range device.
• Code passes Flutter analyze with zero warnings.
