"I already have a working PHP script and a short reference video that shows the exact flow I need. Your job is to take my existing code, adjust the logic so it behaves like the video, and wrap it with a matching front-end plus a small back-end admin panel.

Scope
• Front-end: Replicate the look and navigation you see in the video—no heavy redesign, just the same layout and styling in clean HTML/CSS and a little JavaScript where needed.
• Auth: Add simple signup and login so users can register, confirm email if needed, and access their dashboard.
• Admin panel: Build a lightweight section for User management only (view list, edit status, delete). No extra reporting or analytics for now.

Development notes
• Keep it PHP (procedural or MVC is fine) with MySQL.
• Reuse as much of my current script as possible; comment clearly where you change code.
• Deliver the updated source plus a brief README outlining database structure and install steps.
