"My Perl-based site has suddenly stopped loading and the error log points to a stack of missing CPAN modules. I need someone to jump in via SSH, install every dependency, clear any additional breaks you uncover and confirm the application boots without warnings.

Feel free to pull in any secondary libraries these require—whatever it takes to restore full functionality. Once the environment is clean, run a quick health check on all pages so I know the fixes hold under typical usage.

Acceptance is simple: the site loads normally in a browser, each listed module passes a `perl -M<Module> -e1` test, and there are no Perl warnings or 500 errors in the server log.
