Project Description:

I need a developer to add automatic email notifications to my Admin Panel ([login to view URL]) under the Orders tab.

Currently, when I manually update an order status or edit an order, the change is saved but no email is sent.
I want the system to automatically send a customized email template to the customer every time an order is updated.

Requirements:

Order status changes (for example: “Sent”, “Cancelled”, “Processing”):

Send a matching HTML email template to the customer.

Include the updated status, tracking number (if available), and a tracking link from the order.

Example: if the status changes to “Sent”, the email will say:
“Your order has been shipped! Here is your tracking link: [tracking link].”

Order edits (adding/removing items, changing quantities, etc.):

Send an email saying the order was updated.

Include the updated order summary (items, quantities, total, etc.).

Order cancellation:

Send an email that clearly informs the customer their order was cancelled.

Email template design:

Must be fully responsive (mobile-friendly).

Must support Hebrew (RTL layout).

Clean and simple design with white background, readable text, and a small logo placeholder.

Use the same “From” address and sending method as the existing checkout confirmation email (PHP mail() or the existing [login to view URL] file).

Technical Notes:

The website already sends confirmation emails when a customer completes checkout.

You can reuse the same server email logic.

Add a new PHP script (for example [login to view URL]) and integrate it with [login to view URL] so that:

After updating an order or saving a new status, it triggers the correct email template.

Deliverables:

Updated [login to view URL] and any new PHP email files.

Fully tested emails for:

Status change

Order edit

Order cancellation

Responsive and Hebrew-compatible templates.
