The goal is to let teachers mark daily attendance, excuse absences, and follow up with individual students while giving administrators a clear, real-time view of everything that happens in the classroom.

Core workflow
• Teachers: mark present/absent, submit or approve excuses, follow up directly inside the system, and generate or export detailed reports.
• Admins: create and manage user accounts and permissions, monitor class activity, and oversee system-wide settings.
• Registrar: enrol new students, assign them to the right company, group, or class, and update their records when needed.
• Attendance Tracker: review, edit, delete, or correct entries and produce refined reports.

Reporting & dashboards
Data can be filtered instantly by company, group, class, date range, or individual student. I want modern, visually appealing dashboards with charts and export options so trends are easy to spot and share.

Technical expectations
The solution should run smoothly on major browsers plus iOS and Android. Real-time sync, secure log-in, role-based access, and an intuitive UI are must-haves. Clean code, well-structured database design, and brief developer documentation will round out the delivery.

1. Fully functional web app and native (or cross-platform) mobile apps with identical core features.
2. Role permissions match the workflow above and can be adjusted from the admin panel.
3. Attendance, excuses, edits, and deletions are logged for audit purposes.
4. Reports export correctly to PDF and CSV with all selected filters applied.
5. UI meets the agreed-upon high-fidelity designs and passes basic responsiveness and usability tests.
