Key Tasks:
- Fix HTML and image tag errors (e.g. missing src)
- Optimize title tags + meta descriptions for SEO + local ranking
- Add schema markup for LocalBusiness
- Insert my address, phone, and name into footer and metadata
- Set up 3 branded lead forms:
• Seller Home Evaluation
• Buyer Consultation Form
• Rental Application (with file upload option)
- Connect all forms to:
• Mailchimp or Flodesk (you can recommend best option)
• Email autoresponder for each lead
- Build 3 follow-up emails (optional – can be provided)
- Help with monthly newsletter template
