"About the Project

I’m developing a 2D cozy cafe builder game in Godot 4, where players can design and decorate their own cafe.
The game combines sandbox decorating with management simulation elements — players enter Edit Mode to customize their cafe using a variety of furniture and decor.

All artwork and furniture assets are already complete.
I’m looking for a Godot 4 developer to help me bring the furniture system to life.

Furniture Menu System
- Organized by category tabs (interior walls, doors, rugs, chairs, tables, etc.)
- Scrollable grid showing all furniture in each category
- Each furniture item has multiple color variants
- Click arrows to change color variant before placing
- Drag and drop items from the menu into the cafe scene

This is phase 1 of this project. I'm hoping to include the same developer(s) in the rest of the game development if phase 1 is a success!" (client-provided description)
