This lightweight automation tool helps restaurant owners capture post-visit guest feedback via SMS/email, uses AI/NLP to summarize sentiment and highlight common complaints (like service speed, food quality, or staff behavior), and provides a weekly action report for managers.

By making guests feel heard, restaurants can retain more customers, reduce negative reviews, and improve repeat visits — all with a simple, affordable setup.

Responsibilities:

Contact U.S.-based restaurant leads (provided by us).

Explain the workflow and benefits of the feedback automation.

Follow up via phone, email, or Zoom until the restaurant signs up.

Update progress in a shared sheet (Google Sheets or CRM).

Communicate with our team regularly for feedback and strategy.

Payment & Structure:

$30 per successfully onboarded restaurant.

Each closed deal will be tracked as a milestone on Freelancer.

No off-platform payments — all payments handled through Freelancer.

Unlimited earning potential — close as many deals as you like.

Example Earnings:
