"I need assistance in resolving an issue with my Shopify collections pages. Currently, product prices shown in the grid layout aren't updating to reflect changes. Even after modifying the prices in the backend, the collections grid continues to display the old prices.

I'm using Shopify's default pricing setup with the spotlight theme. However, I have had some problems with the theme in that it didn't display images correctly in the grid pages so I had some custom fixes applied, which may have broke the theme in some way that prices don't show the updates.

The deliverable is a fully functional fix that ensures the collections pages display updated prices correctly, and also maintains the way my grid layout shows thumbnail images that adapt to the aspect ratio of the actual image without cutting off any part of the image. This should apply to all current and future collections pages, so it should be a theme fix, not a single page fix.
