Requirements:

User side: one search field for test name. When user enters a test name, it should display Domestic Price, International Price, and Precautions. If test not found, show message. No add/edit option for users.

Admin side: secure login, add/edit/delete tests, manage admin users, audit log for all changes.

Preferred tech: Google Sheets + Google Apps Script Web App (free hosting).

Simple, mobile-responsive design.
