"I’m looking to develop a mobile app for both iOS and Android that helps streamline the make-ready process of rental units after a tenant has moved out. This app will serve property managers, subcontractors, and owners of rental properties, providing them with distinct roles for accessing and managing the workflow.

The app will include the ability to manage a database of make-ready tasks (CRUD capability) where each task contains details such as estimated time and required materials. It will also include a database for subcontractors, capturing their relevant details such as hourly rates. User roles will include:
