I need a new, modern, responsive homepage for my real estate platform.
Right now, my homepage is just a map from a third-party provider. I want a proper landing page that I own and control.

This homepage should:
• Have a clean header and footer (branding + navigation)
• Include a hero section with clear calls to action
• Send users to my existing property search on a subdomain (via link)
• Include a simple lead capture form (name, email, phone, consent checkbox)
• Be optimized for mobile, SEO, and fast load speed
• Be built in clean, maintainable HTML/CSS (Tailwind preferred) or [login to view URL]

1. Responsive homepage design (desktop + mobile)
2. Header with nav menu (e.g., Buy, Rent, Sell, Equity, Contact)
3. Hero section with main message + 2 CTA buttons

5. Neighborhood section (placeholder items ok)
6. Lead capture form with consent checkbox → submit to placeholder webhook
7. Footer with legal text + privacy/terms links
8. Basic SEO tags (title, meta description, OG tags)
9. One-time popup video on first visit (can be simple modal)
10. Clean code, well organized, easy to extend later
