"I’m looking for someone who can build a smooth, mobile-friendly card swiper — kind of like the [login to view URL] , but I don’t want to use SwiperJS or any similar library. I want it built from scratch using SolidJS and MotionOne for the animations.

The idea is to have a simple, fluid swiper where users can slide through cards horizontally. The middle card should feel like it’s “in focus,” with the others slightly smaller or faded out. The movement should feel natural, not stiff — something that feels good to swipe on a phone.

On top of that, I want to add a small interactive feature:

When you tap the centered card, it should expand smoothly.
Tapping it again should make it flip to show the back side.
Tapping once more should flip back and shrink to normal size.

I don’t care much about the content inside the cards — what matters is the animation, responsiveness, and how natural it feels on touch devices.

The project should be Capacitor-ready so it can run on iOS and Android later. I prefer using TailwindCSS for styling, but I’m open to your suggestions if you have a better setup.
