"I need an experienced developer skilled in building AR applications using Unity, specifically for Android compatibility. The project involves creating a car inspection app for Meta Quest 3. You won't need to account for any interaction with the 3D model; instead, it will simply be a 3D AR presentation. A markerless approach, where the 3D model is placed on a flat surface detected by the camera, will be used for the AR experience.

The app should incorporate a custom UI with branding, along with a menu or instructions for user guidance. All 3D models will be provided by me, so your focus will be on assembling the AR functionality and fine-tuning the experience. The app needs to be completed within three weeks, with earlier delivery being preferable. Please include examples of previous AR or Unity projects if applicable." (client-provided description)
