"We are OroEx, an engineering company based in Abu Dhabi and part of Orostar Exproof Electrical Materials Trading LLC in Dubai, and we need a professional web developer or team to build our custom-coded corporate website. The design should be modern, professional, and industrial, with no WordPress or templates. It must also be SEO-optimized, responsive, and fast-loading.

Key requirements include showcasing approximately 70 products across 8 categories, enabling search and filter options for browsing the product catalog, and providing a dedicated section for datasheets and certificates. While datasheets should be made available for user download, certificates must not be downloadable.

We require hosting setup on DigitalOcean, and the backend should be scalable, secure, and able to support future expansion.

For approval and transparency, we expect a homepage layout or concept to be presented to management before proceeding. Milestone-based payments will be tied to measurable progress. Preference will be given to developers with previous experience working with UAE-based clients.
