"Problem Statement
Exprimo, a consultancy firm, currently faces inefficiencies in its initial client engagement process. When prospective clients reach out, their requirements are often unclear, leading to lengthy back-and-forth communication via phone calls and emails. This not only delays the onboarding process but also wastes consultants’ time, as many conversations involve clients whose expectations of price, time commitment, or scope of work do not align with Exprimo’s offerings. Currently, there is no centralized system to store client requests, making it difficult for the company to track leads or generate insights. Exprimo requires a solution that can streamline this process by collecting structured information from potential clients, storing it in a database, automatically generating an estimated consultancy package, and filtering only serious leads to book calls with consultants. Additional features, such as an AI chatbot to answer preliminary queries and monthly company reports summarizing client inquiries and trends, would further enhance efficiency, save time, and ensure consultants focus on clients with realistic and aligned expectations.
Rationale
I decided to develop a website for Exprimo to automate and enhance the client onboarding process. The website should include a structured form where users can submit requirements such as service type, number of departments, duration, and budget. Based on these responses, the program will generate a personalized estimated consultancy package including scope of work, number of consultants required, approximate cost, and duration. Clients satisfied with the estimate can proceed to fill a second form to book a consultation call with the lead consultant. To improve efficiency and interactivity, the website will include an AI chatbot to answer common client queries and guide users through the form. All submitted forms and generated packages will be stored in a database, allowing Exprimo to keep track of leads and generate monthly reports summarizing client inquiries, trends, and potential revenue opportunities. The website will be developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create an interactive and user-friendly interface. JSON or a database system will store client data and package templates, and JavaScript will handle dynamic features like package generation, chatbot interaction, and data retrieval for reporting. Tools such as Visual Studio Code or Replit will be used for development and testing.
Success Criteria
The program will be fully functional with all the features listed below:
