Project description:
"I want an Android app (APK) for internal business use (not Play Store), to help manage all operations within my company Adore Pharma.
The app should include the following core features:

1. Login System

Admin login and Employee login.

Admin unlocks all features; Employees can only view cameras and limited panels.


2. Parties & Clients Module

Add, edit, and search Parties (Buyers/Suppliers).

Show all details: firm name, owner, address, mobile, GST, delivery partners, rates, invoices, payments.

Add new order and mark payments as partially/fully cleared.

Show overdue invoices and notify accountant.


3. Expenses

Add daily expenses with photo and note.

Filter by date, person, or category.

Export monthly expense reports.


4. Labour Management

Add and manage labour names, departments, salaries, attendance, payment history.


5. Quotes & Invoices

Create custom quotes for any party (editable price fields).

Convert quote → invoice with single click.

Auto WhatsApp or email invoices.


6. Cameras (XMeye / RTSP)

Show live cameras inside app (local Wi-Fi instant view + remote view via VPS relay).

Option to switch stream quality (HD/SD).

Option to name cameras by zones.


7. PA System (Future Integration)

Interface to trigger Raspberry-Pi-based PA zones (not urgent for first version).


8. Mail Integration

Connect Hostinger mail (IMAP/SMTP) so admin can view/send mails directly inside the app.


9. Group Chat

Internal chat between admin and employees.

Option to attach images or documents.


10. Document Vault

Upload, tag, and view PDFs, images, or Word files.

Option to mark as private or shared.


11. Dashboard

Show summary: pending invoices, total expenses, labour status, upcoming payments, active orders.

Should be delivered as APK + source code / editable project (Flutter, React Native, or Adalo acceptable).

Must support offline login cache (auto login until manually logged out).
