"Over the last year [login to view URL] has grown rapidly and, before we push any further, I need a complete picture of where the product really stands. Your task is to create a spreadsheet-based test map that lays out every feature delivered in the past 12 months, then work through that map to expose defects, document dependencies and highlight the exact code locations that will need attention.

The primary objective is to identify bugs and issues, with a special focus on core functionalities and any non-functional or dysfunctional modules. As you test, I want you to record the current state of each module, classify severity, note cross-module dependencies and estimate the effort required to bring everything to full, harmonised operation—both functionally and visually.

Because the stack is Vue.js on the front end and .NET Core on the back end, each problem you flag must include a clear pointer to the likely file or component (Vue component, controller, service, repository, etc.) where a fix should be applied. Where relevant, mention any cascading effects so we can plan remediation work efficiently.

Deliverables
• Comprehensive spreadsheet test map covering every feature delivered since last year
• Pass/fail results, severity level and dependency notes for each entry
• File-level pointers (Vue, .NET Core, SQL) indicating where fixes belong
• Effort estimates to:
 – correct all bugs and dysfunctional modules
 – harmonise the user interface across the app
• Executive summary highlighting fully functional modules, partially functional modules and major risk areas

Acceptance criteria
The spreadsheet must be complete, unambiguous and reproducible; a developer reading your notes should be able to navigate directly to the offending code and understand the scope of work in minutes.
