"I need a self-contained application that instantly gathers and compares auto insurance offers across every carrier that sells policies in a state I specify. The flow is simple: I type the state name once, then add my car’s make and model plus the usual driver details, and the program does the rest—no redirecting me to separate carrier forms, no phone calls, no repeated data entry.

Core requirements
• Scan all insurers licensed in the chosen state and surface the policies they make available for that vehicle profile.
• Return clear, side-by-side cost comparisons along with the key policy features I care about (coverage limits, deductibles, extras). Customer reviews are not needed.
• Accept “State name” as the sole location input and “Make and model” for the vehicle; VIN or license plate should not be required.
• Keep my data local to the app while you query external sources—ideal solutions might tap public rate-filing APIs, approved web-scraping of insurer sites, or licensed rating engines. Whatever technique you pick, the interaction with carriers must remain invisible to me.
• One-screen summary output that I can export (PDF or CSV) and refresh later without re-entering anything.

Deliverables
1. Source code with build instructions (Python, JavaScript, or another mainstream language).
2. README explaining data sources, rate-gathering logic, and how personal data is kept private.
3. Demo video or step-by-step screenshots showing the input→quote workflow.

Acceptance criteria
• Entering a sample profile returns at least five carrier results for a major state (e.g., California).
• Quotes display total six-month and annual premium figures plus listed policy features.
• No secondary form requests or redirects appear in the user journey.
