"I need a quick rescue on my existing WordPress site. My previous developer has disappeared and I urgently require 5–6 new URLs that scroll-lock to specific sections of the page (think in-page anchors that fix the visitor’s viewport). I will send clear screenshots showing exactly where each link should land, so you can jump straight into implementation.

Scope of this first task is intentionally tight:
• Create and configure 5–6 scroll-locked URLs inside my current theme
• Test the anchors on desktop and mobile to confirm smooth, accurate positioning
• Leave a brief note or short Loom explaining where you placed the code or settings, so I can locate them later

Beyond this, I’m looking for dependable help with regular updates and maintenance on the same site, plus another build in the pipeline. If our collaboration goes well, I’d like to discuss full SEO services starting January 1.
