"I need a web-based tool where I can input psychological test scores (like scaled scores and composite scores from Q-Global), and have the program automatically generate report narratives by inserting those scores into pre-written templates. I'd prefer users to be able to upload either a PDF, screenshot, or CSV/Excel file of the scores (rather than input manually) and have the software automatically read the test name, subtests, score types, and scores.

The system should extract this data and feed it into the report narrative generator as well as create a table/visual having the test name, index score/ scaled score, percentile rank, and descriptor (average, low average, etc.). This information is typically all on the screenshots- if not I do have the descriptors for the tests that I'm hoping can be coded in based off of the scaled scores. I'm thinking it would be ideal if I can export the output into a report format like DOCX or PDF.

Most psychologists have headers/footers they'd like in the report so it may not have to be exportable as long as it can be copy and pasted seamlessly into their own templates." (client-provided description)
