Scope of Work:

Website Design and Development:

Create a “Coming Soon” page with countdown

Design and develop a fully responsive website (WordPress or custom as you suggest)

Mobile and SEO-friendly with clean and professional UI/UX

Pages required: Home, About Us, 7 Service Pages (each vertical one page), Careers, Blog, Testimonials, Contact Us

Include Newsletter signup, Social Media landing pages with bios and CTAs

Hosting and domain will be provided; you will handle setup and handover

Ensure it’s secure, fast, and easy to manage

Content Writing:

Original, clean, and engaging content for all the above pages

Include optimized content for search engines

Bio for social platforms

Initial blog content (3 posts for each verticle)

Newsletter copy

CTAs for landing pages

Social Media Setup:

Create business profiles/pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and Telegram

Upload banners, logo, bios, contact information, CTAs, and business details

Link relevant landing pages and ensure full brand alignment

Branding:

Finalize and export our already approved logo into multiple usable formats

Design business cards and letterheads

Recommend fonts, brand colors, and brand guidelines

Who Can Apply:

Freelancers with prior experience in working with startups or multi-domain companies

Self-driven, creative individuals with a professional approach

Should be able to handle tasks independently and deliver as promised

Good communication skills and deadline-oriented

Deliverables:

Fully working website with admin credentials

Editable source files for content and designs

Branding material in PDF/PNG/PSD

All social media credentials

Backup files and brief usage documentation if possible

Timeline:
