"I’m looking for a skilled 3D artist or studio to help me create a clay-style miniature model of a real house. The project involves:

1. 3D Modeling (STL Creation) – Using provided photos and AI renders to model the house accurately while keeping the proportions and roofline true to the real structure. The model should have a soft, handcrafted “clay diorama” look with matte, rounded edges.
2. 3D Printing in Resin – High-detail SLA/MSLA resin print with a smooth matte finish, approximately 15–20 cm (6–8 inches) wide.
3. Painting and Finishing – Hand-painted clay-style matte pastel colors matching the render references.
