"I already run a PHP Laravel multi store multi vendors e-commerce site and now need an add-on that can watch multiple Telegram channels—both official brand channels and third-party vendor groups—and turn any detected listings into fully formed products in my catalogue without manual data entry.

Here is what must happen:
• The add-on connects to the Telegram Bot API, subscribes to a configurable list of channels, and streams new messages in real time or on a scheduled pull.
• For every incoming post it analyses both the text and any attached images. Using AI (NLP for keywords plus computer-vision for images) it has to recognise that the message is indeed a product, identify the product name, price, description, and at least one image, then ignore anything that does not meet those criteria.
• Once a message passes that filter the script creates a new Product model in Laravel (title, slug, description, price, more than 5 images stored file, and select the main and an optional categorys). If the product already exists, it should update the record instead of duplicating it.
• All processing must be encapsulated in a clean Laravel package or module so I can drop it into my existing repo, run composer install, add ENV keys for the Telegram bot and chosen AI services (OpenAI, Google Vision, your preferred stack), migrate any tables, and be ready to go.
• I need a minimal admin page in Nova/Voyager or a blade-based dashboard where I can:
– add / remove the Telegram channels fir each store being monitored
– map detected keywords to site categories
– review imported items before they go live (simple approve / reject toggle).

Acceptance criteria
1. A working Laravel package installed in my staging environment that continuously imports products from the specified channels.
2. Accuracy: at least 90 % of genuine product posts get imported with the correct price extracted.
3. Clear setup guide and code comments so my dev team can maintain or extend the add-on.
