We're building our presence on freelance platforms like Fiverr and Upwork with fresh accounts, and we're looking for a proven expert to drive client orders and growth.
Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Fiverr and Upwork specialist to help acquire clients and secure orders for our agency's new profiles. This role is ideal for someone with a track record of optimizing gigs/profiles, bidding effectively, and closing deals on these platforms. The position starts on a commission-only basis for the first 2 months, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent employee role or continue on commission, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage our fresh Fiverr and Upwork agency accounts, including profile setup, gig creation, and keyword optimization to attract high-quality leads.
• Actively bid on relevant projects, respond to buyer requests, and engage with potential clients to secure orders.
• Develop strategies to build reviews, ratings, and visibility on both platforms.
• Track performance metrics (e.g., inquiries, conversions, order value) and provide weekly progress reports.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services once orders are secured.

Requirements

• Proven expertise on Fiverr and Upwork: Must have a strong personal or agency track record with high ratings (e.g., Level 2/Top Rated or equivalent) and a portfolio of successful client acquisitions.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, SEO for gigs/profiles, bidding strategies, and client communication best practices.
• Experience in [agency's niche, e.g., digital marketing, design, development] to effectively target and win relevant projects.
• Self-motivated with excellent sales and negotiation skills; ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Availability to dedicate at least 20-30 hours per week during the trial period.

Compensation

• Commission Structure: Earn 20-30% commission on the value of all orders you secure during the 2-month trial (exact rate negotiable based on experience).
• No base salary during the trial; pure performance-based earnings.
• After 2 months: High performers may be offered a full-time permanent position with salary + benefits, or the option to continue on an enhanced commission model.
• Potential for bonuses on milestones like achieving account badges or hitting order targets.
