"I’m looking for a developer to build a lean, cross-platform mobile MVP that lets users apply for small loans, instantly checks their creditworthiness, and then hands them off to our lending partner through an embedded web interface.

Core scope
• Native-feel build for both iOS and Android (React Native, Flutter, or similar).
• Credit-scoring workflow: collect basic KYC data, run a rule-based or third-party score, and surface a simple risk grade.
• Loan application form with field validation and secure data storage.
• Repayment tracking dashboard that shows due dates, amounts, and sends local push notifications.
• Embedded WebView that loads the partner’s portal, passing the user token so they can finalise the loan on the partner side.
• Basic admin view or export so I can see submitted applications and repayment status.

What I’ll provide
• Scoring logic or API endpoint.
• UI wireframes in PDF.
• Partner portal URL and token-hand-off spec.

Deliverables
1. Source code with clear, modular structure.
2. Two signed builds ready for TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing.
3. A brief hand-over document covering environment setup, build steps, and how to extend the scoring rules.
