"I run my retail shop on Perfex CRM and need the system to work seamlessly with Indian requirements, especially GST. The current build is still stock CodeIgniter/PHP, so none of the regional tax rules are wired in yet.

Here is what I need implemented:
• GST invoicing that automatically splits CGST, SGST and IGST based on the customer’s state, includes HSN/SAC codes, and prints the standard Indian invoice format.
• A set of GST-ready reports (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and an outward supply summary) that can be exported to Excel or JSON.
• Proper GST number handling throughout—validation on entry, display on invoices and reports, and a place in the customer record.

On the customer-management side I’d also like three small but critical tweaks:
• Extra custom fields in the customer profile for trade name, district and alternate phone.
• Light automation so follow-up emails or SMS go out a set number of days after purchase.
• A concise dashboard report showing customer lifetime value and repeat-purchase frequency.

I am happy to provide a fresh staging copy of Perfex along with sample data so you can build and test without touching live records. Once the module is finished I’ll need clear instructions or a migration script so I can deploy the changes on production.

If you have already worked with Perfex CRM or GST integrations before, that will make the hand-off smoother, but clean, well-commented PHP is the main priority." (client-provided description)
