"I’m building a real-money sports-betting product and need someone who is equally comfortable in Dart/Flutter and CodeIgniter. The goal is a single Android release backed by a robust PHP API and admin panel.

Core scope
• Flutter front-end: one Android build that feels smooth and lightweight.
• CodeIgniter back-end: REST-style endpoints, odds and match management, wallet logic, and an admin dashboard.

Key features to wire up
• Live betting, pre-match betting and virtual sports betting markets.
• Full user account system with standard e-mail/phone registration, secure login, password reset and profile editing.
• Real-time odds updates, bet slip creation, settlement and basic reporting.

I already have wireframes, sample odds feeds and a basic database schema; your job is to turn them into production-ready code, document any API you add and push everything to Git.

Acceptance
– Android APK installs cleanly on API 24+ devices and passes a short test script I’ll share.
– Every critical back-end call is covered by Postman collection and returns <500 ms on my staging server.
– Code is organised, commented and ready for future iOS expansion.
