Role Overview
We are seeking a well-connected Business Development Partner or Sales Broker based in the United States to help us acquire clients who need custom web, mobile, or marketing solutions.
You’ll represent our brand, pitch our services, and help build long-term relationships with US-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Use your professional network and references to bring in qualified clients.
Present our company’s services confidently and represent our brand ethically.
Set up discovery calls, forward qualified leads, or close deals directly.
Build relationships with local businesses, startups, or agencies.
Coordinate with our internal team for proposals, quotations, and project handovers.
Compensation Structure
Commission-Based:
Earn a high commission percentage for every confirmed project (custom rate per deal).
Base Salary (conditional):
Base pay activates after achieving a minimum monthly sales target (e.g., 2 confirmed projects).
This ensures fairness — you earn from the first deal, and get stable income once consistent performance is proven.
Requirements
Must be located in the United States.
Strong network with small or medium businesses (startups, agencies, retail, local services, etc.).
Prior experience selling web, mobile app, or digital marketing services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Professional ethics and trustworthiness — representing our brand properly.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with project types like custom websites, mobile apps, CRMs, and online store systems.
Experience in B2B sales or IT service brokering.
Existing LinkedIn connections or local client references in relevant industries.
