"I have a Windows executable that currently relies on a HASP dongle and an online licence check. I need it to launch and operate completely offline while preserving every existing feature.

Key points
• I only have the compiled .exe; no source code is available.
• All current functionality must remain unchanged after the protection is removed.
• The final build must run on any Windows PC without internet access or hardware dongle.

What I expect from you
1. Analyse the binary, locate and neutralise the HASP and online-check routines (using tools such as IDA, x64dbg, OllyDbg or similar).
2. Produce a patched executable—or a reliable wrapper/loader—that runs standalone.
3. Provide a brief, clear document describing what was changed and how to install or replace the file.

Acceptance criteria
• The application starts and performs every function it does today with the dongle present.
• No outbound network calls for licensing.
• No dongle or driver requirements.
