"I am looking for a skilled developer to convert existing M Query code in Power BI, which reads XER files from Primavera P6, into Python. The goal is to create a database that can be imported into Power BI. Additionally, I need a website built where users can upload XER files, convert them to a Power BI database, and download the results. This website should be hosted on Azure to allow users to connect the database to Power BI and generate reports.

Key Requirements:
- Convert M Query code to Python to handle XER files and run several logics.
- Develop a website with capabilities for users to:
- Upload XER files
- Download converted files
- Generate reportsusing power BI
- Host the website on Azure for seamless integration with Power BI.
- Conduct a training session on the super admin PC for downloading and using Python.
- Add advanced calculations to the Python code in stage 2.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Power BI M Query.
