"I want to extend my existing CS-Cart Multi-Vendor store into a fully-featured mobile experience for both iOS and Android. The goal is to let individual creators upload and sell their downloadable stories, short video clips, and graphics. Each vendor will set their own price, and buyers will pay per item—no subscriptions, just straightforward one-time purchases.

Core objectives
• Connect the new mobile front end to my CS-Cart Multi-Vendor backend so product listings, vendor dashboards, and order data stay in sync.
• Provide a clean marketplace interface where users can browse, preview, and buy digital files with Apple and Google in-app payments.
• After purchase, deliver the file instantly to the user’s device and keep it available in their personal library for future re-download.
• Give vendors a streamlined workflow to sign in, upload files, write descriptions, set pricing, and view basic sales analytics.
• Include notifications for sales confirmation, file download readiness, and app updates.

Scope and deliverables
1. Cross-platform codebase (React Native, Flutter, or similar) compiled for the latest iOS and Android versions.
2. UI/UX mockups reflecting marketplace, product detail, checkout, vendor panel, and user library screens.
3. Functional prototype tied to my CS-Cart API, demonstrating listing sync and a sandbox purchase flow.
4. Production-ready build with secure single-purchase implementation, download protection, and basic DRM or link-expiration logic.
5. Brief hand-over guide covering deployment, store-listing assets, and environment variables.
