"I’m ready to license an EXISTING Flutter + Firebase FCM chat module that I can drop straight into my current app. No new development or alternate tech stacks—only a proven, production-ready package.

Core features I must see working:
• Basic chats (one-to-one is enough for now)
• File exchange for documents, images, and videos
• Current location sharing

My integration environment already runs on Flutter with Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and FCM, so your solution must match that architecture out of the box.

When you reply, include:
1. Fixed price for full codebase and perpetual usage license (no per-seat or recurring fees).
2. Feature list with any extras you’ve already built (e.g., typing indicator, message read status, dark mode, etc.—nice to have, not required).
3. High-level architecture diagram or description showing collections, security rules, and FCM flow.
4. A public test link or APK so I can evaluate chat, file uploads, and location sharing.
5. Integration steps or guide (PDF or Markdown) covering setup, Firebase rules, and where to hook into my existing UI.
6. Warranty/guarantee terms and the length/type of post-handover support you provide.
7. Rest/API driven (able to access documents & assets) and integrate with our API backend.
